I hate skipping my music lessons, as much as I hate skipping ODD School or college. Why can't I just have one interest? My life would so much easier. It was hurtful to sacrifice my piano lessons, and now choir practice. Now that's going to make my dream of becoming a 3D modeller-tattoo-concept-artist-drummer-piano teacher-opera singer-painter-animator. This ti say I just want to show the 2nd phase of my Baium project, now with color and a little detail.

 

I'm a little confused with my project, just like whoever controls the rain in my country. Ah, and aside from a few ODD colleagues being super sweet and reviewing my work, I decided to join ConceptART.org. Daring huh? Whomever wats to join in on the personal ego-beatdown, just go to

Hey my imaginary friends! Not much to show you today, just came here to tell you how it's going to works. Isn't that ODD? Feel free to ignore me and go play Farmville.Anyhoo...

 I was going to update this every day, but I don't really think it's necessary, it would be kind of ODD. I'll update this once aweek or more, because I know I will be thoroughly missed, and that would be ODD. My weekly update will show you what I've been up to this week, and maybe show you the loads of stuff I did before starting this blog. Feel free to comment, criticize, or threaten my life. All will be duly noted and answered, even the ODD ones.

Pee pee ass - I've been taking ZBrush classes late at night at ODD School, and I get home really late. I was supposed to work on my class project, but irresponsably started a personal one. I'm really really excited about this one, because it was started from scratch, and by yours truly. It was an epiphany, and I just had to, ya know?

It's about this handsome bad boy over here, it's a personal creation of mine and I just want to make a 3d model out of him, but with the Baiumproject and speed sculpting I just don't have the time, sadly.

Baião.

Today my class project in embrionary stage. Nope, it's not a pokemon, digimon, or hentai tentacle demon. With his hair, I felt like turning him into a hentai muscly penile-tentacled demon.
I ended up choosing Baium, The cursed King, just because. I have a thing for giant men who were cursed for trying to build a gigantic tower to reach the skies and challenge the gods. This godhowever, wasn't as soft as the Bible one and turned the whole event into a linguistic mess. He went a little further and and turned him into a demon and locked him up on his own tower- So hardcore! I miss playing Lineage II...

I know, there's a part missing. So obvious, huh? That's right, he hasn't got pinkies! It's strictly intentional. Now come on, one of the hardest bosses in the game and 4 toes? Five fingers on each hand and 4 toes only? Come on...I lost all respect for him, and I wouldn't have chosen him if I had noticed. Did he trade those pinkies for immortality? Some people trade their souls, loved ones and His Royal Highness here trades 2 pinkies.

Pants and leggings version, no knee-plates yet. Just needs to be properly dressed and then I'll go to the subdivisions. And maybe paint him.

And just for a different taste, some photoshop quick sketches. One is the love of my life and the other is my bedroom window view. I know I suck at perspectives, and I plan to correct that. More works left, but still missing that scanner!

Baby Steps

- ZBrush Sketches for starters ( warning, excessively stretched polygons and abuse of the "move"brush)

- My first ZBrush work, no references, but she reminds me of someone, with not so much a forehead but a fivehead. She does look like an evil school theacher, right?

Progress! This should have been my first bust, a lady who desperately needs a facelift. She looks a bit scary, so I don't consider myself responsible for sleepless nights after opening the thumbnail. And she'll swallow your soul.

First speed sculpting. For those of you who do not know what speed sculpting is, it's sculpting, but with speed.Sculpted in dynamesh, no ears and no references. About 40 minutes.

This project I started at home, just because I wanted to sculpt my first girl crush. Obviously a WIP. I so regret not aving chosen her as my class project. Oh well.

Another 40 minutes speed sculpting, hands and feet, for all you fetishists out there.
